Palm Beach is a great seaside neighborhood in Cannes and is highly sought after due to its location and its small village feel. This area occupies the peninsula that juts out towards the Iles de Lérins and is where Port Pierre Canto is located. Palm Beach is mostly a quiet, family friendly area with small local shops, restaurants and beautiful sandy beaches. However, it is also home to the Palm Beach Casino and several trendy clubs and restaurants such as Baoli, La Petite Maison and l’Ecrin plage. Palm Beach attracts a lot of locals for a quieter life within the city but it’s also ideal for a casual, beachy pied à terre. While this area is not ideally situated for congress rentals, properties here can rent very well during the summer months.
